Mobile specimen collection services are primarily available in Oklahoma and surrounding areas, while C/TPA compliance services are available nationwide.
TSN Mobile Lab Solutions acts as a coordination and collection service. Laboratory testing and medical review functions are performed by certified partner laboratories and licensed Medical Review Officers (MROs).
2. Eligibility
By using this website or our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Employers using our services represent that they are responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable DOT and federal regulations.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Mobile collection services may require scheduling in advance.
Service availability may vary depending on:

5. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using our C/TPA services remain responsible for:

• implementing drug and alcohol testing policies
• ensuring employees follow testing requirements
TSN Mobile Lab Solutions provides administrative coordination and support but does not assume legal responsibility for employer compliance programs.
6. Use of Website

7. Regulatory Compliance

For individuals completing the DOT Return-to-Duty process, TSN Mobile Lab Solutions assists with scheduling and specimen collection required under the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program.
However, SAP evaluation, treatment recommendations, and follow-up testing requirements are determined solely by the SAP and applicable DOT regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSN Mobile Lab Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
